Rib of Beef at The Bailiwick Freehouse

This was without doubt a Sunday Roast sent from the gods. The Dry Aged Rib of Beef was cooked to absolute perfection and was accompanied by parsnips , roast potatoes , seasonal vegetables , cauliflower cheese , yorkshire pudding and a heavenly onion gravy. So if you love an exceptional roast then a trip to the Bailiwick is an absolute must.
