This was a fantastic roast dinner to start of the year which has certainly set a strong benchmark for the rest to follow. The Trio of Roasts including pork belly , turkey & beef along with all the trimmings consisting of seasonal vegetables , roast potatoes , yorkshire pudding , gravy , stuffing and the additional cauliflower cheese. Everything was cooked nicely and a real pleasure to eat.
