There is no doubt that the Cote de Beouf roast is one of the best your likely to have and on sunday we were fortunate to once more enjoy the experience. This is a fantastic cut of meat which was cooked nice and pink. It came with a huge yorkshire pudding , roast potatoes , braised ox cheek , king oyster mushroom , seasonal vegetables and a rich jus to finish.
