Although it was only a month ago when I first enjoyed the fabulous global cuisine from Pink Foodie I just felt I had to tell about my delightful yet surprising experience on this occasion. The reason I say this is because I’m not a vegan but I’m always willing to try different things. So therefore as were once again enjoying the food from Pink Foodie and the extremely talented chef Megha Arora I wanted to focus this review on the three amazing vegan dishes that I ordered. The first was a Vegan Bao Bun filled with a Quinoa & Kale Patty , coriander chutney & tamarind chutney. This I have to say was absolutely delicious and would have no hesitation in ordering again.

For my main course I had the Taipei Vegan / Veg Rice Bowl which was Spicy Garlic Tofu in gochujang marinade served with rice , carrots , cucumber , sugar snap peas & radish. I have to say I thought this was amazing. The tofu had a perfect texture and with the spices from the marinade really did enhance the dish. I really would recommend this rice bowl and personally can’t wait to try it again.

I finished with a Vegan Coffee & Chocolate Tart that was an absolute delight. The coffee and chocolate flavours really did compliment each other perfectly.

I have to say I absolutely loved these three vegan dishes which has definitely opened my eyes to order other vegan dishes in the future. I would highly recommend ordering from Pink Foodie as the food created by chef Megha is fantastic and I’m very much looking forward to ordering again soon.

Everything in this post looks so delicious to me! It’s awesome when they get the texture of tofu perfect. I hate when it’s too soft.
