If your a meat lover then the All In from Blacklock Chops is perfect for you. The beef rump as well as the pork & lamb skinny chops are amazing. It also comes with flatbread , beef dripping chips , kale & parmesan salad , chop sauce and then if that’s not enough a fabulous white chocolate cheesecake to finish. All this is priced including delivery at £56 for two people and definitely something I would highly recommend. Your delivery comes on a friday and unless your having it that day it should be put in the fridge. This will keep everything fresh but must still be consumed within two days. So it came to saturday and we laid everything thing out in preparation. Once you read the cooking instructions you realise how easy this will be to cook. Once you’ve preheated the oven an frying pan into the oven go your chips. Then during this time you will be able to cook all the chops and prepare the salad then hey presto it will all be ready. The meat starting with the lamb followed by the beef and lastly the pork only needs to be cooked for ninety seconds on each side and believe me the result is fantastic. All the meat was so tender and juicy with the chips being crispy on the outside yet still fluffy on the inside.

Once we’d finished the main course we needed a rest because what was to follow is a cheesecake lovers dream and personally one of the best your ever likely to eat. The white chocolate cheesecake topped with fresh rhubarb was simply amazing and will live long in my memory.

So that was it a truly fantastic lunch had come to an end. I really can’t thank Blacklock enough for this amazing #allin skinny chops Cook at Home package. The quality of the produce was excellent and the cooking instructions couldn’t have been any easier. This gives you minimal time to spend in the kitchen and maximum time at the table to divulge in this meat lovers paradise.
