Porchetta at Haywards

This was my first sunday roast of the year and oh boy what a beauty. My good friends at Haywards were doing takeaways and when we saw that this week it was porchetta we had to give it a try. The Porchetta came with crackling , carrots , cabbage , roast potatoes , stuffing and a red wine sauce. Considering this was a takeaway I thought it was absolutely delicious and firmly believe that if we’d been eating this in the restaurant I would have had to give it a 10.

Roast Rating : 9 / 10

  1. Looks great and has made me hungry. MOTH has his birthday coming up, so guess what I’m making for dinner, unless of course they deliver to New Zealand!🥂🍾 Thanks Lloyd.

  2. This looks amazing! I’ve been without a kitchen for the last 3 months and I’m really looking forward to the day I can have crackling and roast potatoes again!
