Corsica and Chocolate

This rare but fabulous sweet wine from Corsica was a perfect match for a fantastic dessert at Frog by Adam Handling. The dessert was Chocolate with cherry & tonka bean and tasted heavenly. So now it was over to sommelier Kelvin to find a perfect wine pairing and that’s exactly what he did. This Domaine Flumicicoli Muscateddu was an absolute triumph with it’s allspice & strawberry aromas together with flavours of cherry & orange. This really was a magical pairing.
