The Cote de Beouf at Haywards is one of the best Sunday Roasts that you will ever have. The beef is one of the finest cuts of meat and along with the amazing braised Ox Cheek that just bursts with a rich flavour. The meat is served pink which makes it very succulent and is accompanied by fabulous roast potatoes , a heavenly yorkshire pudding , a selection of vegetables from their garden and a fantastic red wine sauce. In my opinion this is definitely the best roast in Essex.
