Roast Beef at Kerridge’s

I wondered if I’d ever find the perfect roast. Then on Sunday with my anticipation set very high we headed of to Kerridge’s Bar & Grill. This was due to the reputation of Michelin Starred Chef Tom Kerridge and the fact that I had enjoyed a fantastic first visit to this restaurant.

The roast consisted of a Dry Aged Rib of Beef with Horseradish Cream , Yorkshire Pudding , a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables & Roast Potatoes along with a side order of Garlic Roasted Hispi Cabbage.

The quality of the Herefordshire Beef which was cooked perfectly with the Horseradish Cream was stunning. The Roast Potatoes were amazingly crispy and the potato was light and fluffy. The Yorkshire Pudding was actually stuffed full of meat that was simply heaven. The seasonal vegetables and the Hispi Cabbage were a perfect accompaniment.

So yes when you put all this together there really is only one score I can give this Sunday roast.

My Roast Rating is 10/10
