Tenuta il Canovino

I’m not a person that would normally drink Pinot Grigio but while staying at the Hotel Excelsior Le Terraze in Lake Garda I tried this Il Canovino Quarto Vecchio from Verona and it was an absolute delight. It was a slightly dry , soft , full of citrus fruits & fresh tasting. making this wine a perfect match for fish , salads & poultry dishes.

This sounds lovely! I tried some Greek wines whilst in Crete; it’s always nice to try the local/national ones!
