My April Desserts

Well here we go again it’s time for me to reveal my dessert delights of the month and there are there are some real treats for you to enjoy. 😀

Chocolate Moelleux & Passion Fruit Sorbet at 104 Restaurant

Banana , Tonka Bean & Chocolate at The Frog Hoxton

Cassis , Blackberry & Lemon Thyme at The Frog Hoxton

Lemon Panna Cotta , Fennel & Bee Pollen at Haywards Restaurant

Peanut Mousse , Chocolate & Banana Sorbet at Murano

Brillat = Savarin Cheesecake , Lemon , Blueberry & Cucumber Sorbet at Murano

Dark Chocolate Mousse , Strawberry Marshmallow & Vanilla Sable Biscuit at The Pig & Whistle

Coconut Brûlée , Mango Sorbet & White Chocolate Aero at Haywards Restaurant

So that’s it and not a bad month if I say so myself. Expect some nice Italian desserts in May as I’m off to Lake Garda for a little holiday.

I'm a big Foodie and love Fine Dining in AA Rosette and Michelin Star restaurants also enjoy good Pub Food especially Desserts . I been living in Hornchurch for 20yrs now and this year celebrate my 25th Wedding Anniversary to my wife Jane . We do enjoy our holidays with Italy & San Diego as our favourite destinations I've decided to focus more on my Foodie life due to over 3 years ago being struck down with nerve damage and recently spondylosis I do enjoy my sport and follow Chelsea , Juventus & San Diego Padres
