It gave me great pleasure to return to this fabulous little Greek restaurant on Brick Lane in Shoreditch to once again enjoy some more of their amazing food. This food here really is fantastic and even though some staff had changed since our last visit about eight months ago the service was just as friendly. There were quite a few different dishes on the menu which is a sharing small plates menu this was great for us as we could try all the dishes that we didn’t have on our last visit. They also have a nice selection of Greek wines & beers. We started with some Pita bread & Tzatziki before moving on to our first dish from the Small Plates section the Prawn Saganaki with white wine & feta. This was followed by an amazing Roasted Aubergine with pomegranate , feta & hazelnut and was simply stunning. Our last dish from the small plates was the fabulous Pork Kritharaki of pulled pork , orzo & wild oregano.

We then moved on to the Signature dish section to enjoy the Meat Moussaka of lamb mince , aubergine & graviera a real Greek speciality and one that tasted absolutely delicious

It was now on to the Suvlaki section where we decided to upgrade the mini wraps to a regular size and they were both fantastic. The first was the Mount Olympus Wild Boar with slaw & Smoked aubergine sauce and the other was the Texel Lamb with chilli beet , broccoli couscous & herb sauce. We accompanied these wraps with a side order of grilled vegetables.

Now on to dessert which only I could manage and glad I did as well as I enjoyed a truly fabulous Chocolate Dome with greek salted biscuit , chocolate mousse & walnut. If you like chocolate then this little treasure is a must.

So that brought an end to a great return to this fabulous Greek restaurant. The food was amazing and this was matched by great service from Pedro who was always making sure that everything was ok. So I would highly recommend putting this place on your restaurant list you won’t be disappointed.
