August and September Dining

These were two quieter months of the year knowing we were off to California at the end one month and in to the other. The month of August started with a visit to Ceviche Soho for a really delightful experience in a lively & friendly restaurant serving excellent Peruvian cuisine and on the Sunday a great local lunch at french influenced Jobbers Rest in Upminster the following Saturday it was back to Haywards for more amazing food before returning to the Jobbers Rest the Saturday after as we enjoyed our first visit so much. Then it was holiday time before easing into september which was spent locally at Jobbers Rest & Haywards where we enjoyed a fantastic Tasting Menu with excellent matched wines then came the highlight of the year so far and wow a amazing lunch  at Core by Clare Smyth truly outstanding food & service and a return will be sooner rather than later.
